This restaurant renovation brings to life ‘a concept that tells a story through the ages’, blending the charm of traditional Lanna culture with modern materials. The seamless harmony between these two worlds creates a unique atmosphere. The use of Chiang Mai city wall-inspired brickwork evokes the past, while modern materials and functional designs cater to the needs of today’s lifestyle. To enhance the dining experience, the design also incorporates an open kitchen with a glass partition, allowing guests to witness the meticulous preparation of Khao Soi, adding a sensory depth to both those passing by and those seated within.
